Gertie
Our dear friend Gertie went home. We all fell in love with this senior girl the minute we saw her.
Gertie came in as a stray, so we don’t know her age, but we think she’s around twelve. In spite of having bad back knees and spinal issues, she is the friendliest, sweetest girl imaginable. Gertie will need to be on pain meds for the rest of her life and will need a home with no steps.
