Forever Homes Needed

These special animals have been at the Clatsop County Animal Shelter for so long. Each are unique, wonderful pets, who need the right person, home, or family to care for them forever.

Please call the shelter today to learn more about them and what makes each one special. If you or someone you know can meet their needs, we would love to hear from you.

SUCCESS STORY: LOKI

Loki was adopted early this summer and we hear he is doing very well. “On a fine June day I ventured to Warrenton to see Mr. Loki. I was totally blown away with his pic with the blue tie. I was equally happy to see him play and be friendly. He has fit in real well with the family. Max, my 18 year old cat, and Loki take naps together. Loki loves the dog park and playing with his ball. I am very happy with our new addition and pray we have a long relationship.”

SUCCESS STORY: PANCAKE, NOW SYLVESTER

Ashley tells us, ”Pancake’s name is Sylvester now and he has two big brothers, Brody and Otto, also a dog bff named Charlie. He is quite a purr machine and doesn’t mind ruff housing with the dog and baby. He has made a great addition to our little family! Thanks to everyone at the shelter and all you do!”

SUCCESS STORY: MAX

Max at home

SUCCESS STORY – MAX

Alex writes, “We are the family who adopted “Max” (now known as Loki). Loki has been the best thing to happen for our little family. He was the perfect match for us. This “little” puppy has grown so quickly and we can’t wait to continue watching him grow. Loki loves to play tug-of-war with his fur brother Konan and playing fetch or chasing Konan around the kitchen island. Loki is such a great family dog. He does great with our 15 month old son, Avery. He’s the on duty “lifeguard” during bath time and plays house with Avery. He’s our gentle giant ready for play or love at any second. We can’t thank you guys enough for helping making our family slightly bigger with so much more love.

With much happiness,

Alex, Evan, and Avery
🐾Konan and Loki🐾”
